Some news, even when closed

The U.S. markets were closed today for the President's Day holiday. But some of my portfolio companies put out news anyway, as they are international entities. One was Alvarion (3.2% of portfolio), which announced a contract in Botswana. The other was Transocean (5.9% of portfolio), which announced plans to seek approval for a share repurchase. It wouldn't take effect until May at the earliest, but it does represent a decent fraction of the shares outstanding.
